Managing E2 levels

Started with doctor on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and I am using Adex, I would like to hear what symptoms/signs are typical when E2 is too high vs symptoms/signs when E2 is too low prior to getting first blood work follow up to try and manage. Thanks

My e2 was high and I was experiencing extreme lethargy and fatigue. My thinking was also very clouded. I started Adex this week @ .5 mg eod. I can already feel a world of difference. If you don't mind me asking, what dosage did your Dr. put you on?

Reverend

My doc started me at 1.5 mg per week, but after ten days i felt worse so I just cut back to .75 per week to see what happens.

when my estro was high,i mean out the roof,i felt like shit,no energy,no libido, didnt give a shit about nothing etc and all other things thats been mentioned, but i never had sore nipples, just bloat, and my endo didnt believe in a.i.'s...he said"under clinical doses of trt, estrogen levels and water retention is NEVER a problem, plus he never checked estro levels, said his practice didnt do them,so i proved him wrong and got my own estro test done, and i was right, and he got pissed, and called me and lowered my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose to 100mg every 3weeks and he had me on 300mg/week..so i just told him to fuck off and i let my GP start taking care of my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol until i have my new endo appt in october...sorry for the rant brother

I've had both high estro n low estro n symptoms r about the same low estro I was achy n havin nite sweats. High estro puffy nips n very tired. No libido wit high or low
