Map my damn cycle for God's sake!

Im spinning trying to figure this out. I read one thing...and then I read something else and it goes on and on like a roid-paradox.

So rather than me stating what I'm thinking of doing, can I get a few of you with some years of experience to just map out my 2nd cycle? Only requirements and notes are:

1) nothing too extreme
2) only thing I have in hand already is Balkan tbol and enough of it for a month @10mgs/5x/day
3) 12 week minimum run
4) would prefer to not bloat too much
5) prefer to dose 2x/wk, but open to other options if I must
6) shooting for lean additions, less water and fat
7) going to work with 3J again (he helped me cut last year before my first cycle)

**Note: 37, 5'10", 175, 12% BF
***First cycle was 300mg test e 2x/wk (600 total) and nothing else aside from ancillaries, good gains, 26lbs gained. Now I only have about 10lbs of the 26lbs I gained. And yes, I know, diet. 3J will fix that.

TIA for any insight on this second run...
 
Bro, if you need someone to write out a cycle for you, then you are not ready to cycle and need to go a do the research instead of expecting everyone else to do it. Not bashing you, just saying if you can't come up with a good and proper cycle then you have no business doinf AAS's.

Couldn't disagree with you more GoPro... The reserach I'm doing, like I articulated in my OP, has got me spinning... Every couple days I find myself with a different plan. I'm putting in the research time, its just that I'm not getting a definitive answer for myself on what path to take. So rather than making a poor choice for my secon run, I thought I'd just ask some vets what might work for me. Cheers bud.
 
Sounds like you need to run that exact same cycle again.... What are your goals?

Ya know Jonnie, I was contemplating the same thing...so its funny you should say that. My body did respond really well and extraordinarily fast at 600e/wk. Its just that 1) I was not a fan of the water and semi bloat from the e, and 2) I was really contemplating tren @50 eod and ramping up to 100 if I was tolerable of it, but some friends told me "not yet" on the tren, 3) I wanted to change it up to see if my results varied and stuck a little harder by adding something new.

I'm being told alot of it is related to my diet and that my weight didnt stick due to lack of cals PC...

My goals are listed in the OP: essentially some lean additions with less water.
 
If your worried about the bloat then make sure your using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I personally would not recommend tren to you. I think you need to cycle proper with the test friend. The gear is not magic the only thing that will put size on you that will stick around is Quality food and lots of it brother. When your onto pct don't let up on the food either. Your body needs to become comfortable with mass you have packed on in a short amount of time. You will also become catabolic meaning your body is feeding on itself trying to regulate what it has been used to.

As far as any compunds to recommend I don't really have a magic answer for you. The diet is 70-80% percent of it brother. If you do just run another test cycle I think you will be more than happy with the results if your diet,ai,pct is up to par!!! This is a lifestyle not just a get ready for summer thing so you will have plenty of time to add other compounds after you master the "DADDY" of them all TESTOSTERONE.....

All makes total sense bro! In all honesty, I take that as the most objective overall advice I've been given. Food really is king. Thanks for reminding me of this fact Jonnie.
 
I think Kazmir and I answered your questions in your other thread dude. You aborted last cycle at wk 9 so I think there are still gains to be had with a test only cycle. Just control estrogen with Aromatase inhibitor (AI), check 3J for diet, and you want a few cycles under your belt before really messing with lady tren :)

Brother Doc, Yes, to an extent you and Kaz did. Keep in mind I knew you would see this post, and I made it with regard to what I gathered from your comments yesterday. However, even though I didn't know I was looking for it...Jonnie's comment opened my thick head to realize that I didn't need to get creative...yet. Like you said, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and my diet, with 3J this time around, will make a hella difference.

I will post some results in the fall and give an update to you and Jonnie so you know how things turned out. And FWIW , I still think I'm going to jump start my cycle with the tbol in weeks 1-4.

I get it, Kazmir and I don't do it for you :(. Lmao! It's cool brother, sometimes the way someone words something hits home and Jonnie was that guy for you. Glad you have it all figured out now. A tbol jump start isn't a bad idea, you do have some experience with test after all. I personally vouch for 3J, did a diet by him last year and he's helped tremendously on my cycle being the awesome guy he is :D. Best of luck to you and make a log and keep it updated. Would like to see how it turns out for you this time around :)
