MAP or BCAA's?

i take MAP PostWO and ibcaas before and durring in water.
Post WO i mix map and Ibcaa's rest of the day i use needtowhey for my protein.

I have been using NTBM's Muscle Replenisher. The new flavors are nuts.

Per serving.
35 grams of Protein isolate
41 grams of Amino acids
22 grams of carbs
3g of creatine monohydrate
950 mg of Taurine
super electrolytes and Vitamin E complex mix
8g L-Glutamine
200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

yah i havent givin it a go yet but i only hear good things about it.
I just never like to talk out my ass on somthing i havent tryed but i can say no one i know wasnt happy with it. ill prob grab soem on my next order just to try and cover more bases with the few left i havent tryed from NTBM.
just about all are already in ma belly :-P
 
BCAA's are for intra or post training before another session, whey is for post training which is the time I drink my muscle replenisher.

Just ordered the ORANGE flavor. I will keep you posted on the flavor.

I've read several people using MAP intraworkout due to it's immediate absorption. It's on my list of things to buy.

I'm currently using xtend (watermelon).
 
imho, map + bcaa's (or ibcaa if you buy from pp.com) is good pre (25min) and post

i loved torrent as my postworkout, nothing beats it, nothing, but its heavy, and makes it hard to eat a meal right after....enter the map/ibcaa

iv never used muscle replenisher, but i doubt its better than torrent, the orange is amazing, and quality wise map/ibcaa has done me well too

i like intra wo drinks when im bulking, but too much liquids pre/intra/post slow my appetite down, so ill agree with rosie on the water while lifting

i hate extend, waaaaaay too sweet, i prefer intrabolic, and even better is power shock...map is up there as well
 
I take half a scoop of map preworkout with some waxy maize, and post workout I do half scoop map with 3-4 scoops of ibcaa's with some waxy maize and gatorade powder, also 2.5 g creapure pre and post workout, has been working well for me.

Any reason you split the doses?
 
What do you guys think of adding peanut butter to MAP shakes. It might taste like a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, great for keto diets ( fats/protein )
