Which is best to take intraworkout? Any pros to taking one over the other?
i take MAP PostWO and ibcaas before and durring in water.
Post WO i mix map and Ibcaa's rest of the day i use needtowhey for my protein.
I have been using NTBM's Muscle Replenisher. The new flavors are nuts.

35 grams of Protein isolate
41 grams of Amino acids
22 grams of carbs
3g of creatine monohydrate
950 mg of Taurine
super electrolytes and Vitamin E complex mix
8g L-Glutamine
200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
yah i havent givin it a go yet but i only hear good things about it.
I just never like to talk out my ass on somthing i havent tryed but i can say no one i know wasnt happy with it. ill prob grab soem on my next order just to try and cover more bases with the few left i havent tryed from NTBM.

BCAA's are for intra or post training before another session, whey is for post training which is the time I drink my muscle replenisher.
I've read several people using MAP intraworkout due to it's immediate absorption. It's on my list of things to buy.

i hate extend, waaaaaay too sweet, i prefer intrabolic, and even better is power shock...map is up there as well
Please let us know how you find it when you eventually get around to using it.

Will do. I will be running low on my creapure soon and will need to make a Primordial order. I will most likely toss it in the cart as well.
My favorites of the MAP are mango and strawberry lemonade.
I take half a scoop of map preworkout with some waxy maize, and post workout I do half scoop map with 3-4 scoops of ibcaa's with some waxy maize and gatorade powder, also 2.5 g creapure pre and post workout, has been working well for me.
