I use to do BCAA during workout but just made me want to yak. Have had good success with them post workout or early in am before cardio. They can be used as fuel source and also may help keeping you from getting catabolic. Good reason to take them during workout but again just cant do it.
Yea I do unflavored, intraworkout I use BCAA capsules, pre and post I do powder mixed in with whey and glutamine. I'll be honest, I get real tired of all the heavy flavored stuff.
I know what you mean bro, drinking BCAAs unflavored makes me want to hug the toilet. Thats why I mentioned I do the Vitaberry, it adds to the cost, but the taste is very natural, and its got it's own list of health benefits.
I don't drink unflavored BCAA's...I just gun them down like any other bulk powder I use. I should mention that our PP IBCAA's are probably the easiest to put down.

As far as consistency I agree, best mixability of any bcaa I've tried, however flavor wise it is on par with other unflavored bcaa's, not good but not bad taste. A little crystal light goes a long way to improving the flavor of the ibcaa's.
