Has anyone tried the following routine:
Day 1: Pull
Day 2
ush
Day 3:Legs
Day 4:Off
Day 5:Off
Day 6:Repeat
Pull - back 10 - 15 sets and biceps 10 sets
Push - chest 10 - 15sets, shoulders 10 - 15sets, triceps 10sets
Legs 20sets
Are the set ranges ok or should they be upped?
Rep ranges are 8 - 12.
