If you want to gain mass also make sure that you are getting enough food. Weight gainers are only supplementary to a good diet. Martial arts will require a certain amount of flexibility, remember to stretch after your workouts you do not want to lose range of motion because of your lifting. Strength and size should be a benefit not a hindrance, so you may need to do lots of stretching to keep yourself limber.

martial arts and mass building are antithetical, but since youre not training very much martial arts wise, it shouldnt be that bad, i think youre doing a bit much on monday, the reps look right but too many sets/exercises, by the time you get to military presses youll be lucky if even your shoulders have anything left (let alone your tris) and theyre not the joints to be overstressing, and id dump that weight gainer and concentrate on getting 4-5 complete meals/day

i wrestled 3 hours a day for 7 days a week, so i knwo what you mean, the main key is eating, one day a week isn't bad, but i would pound some steak products, eat more meat instead of chicken, some salomn too, cottage cheese, check the diet formula, the more cals u take in the more weight you will gain

i used to kick box and you do not want a lot of mass because unless you a freak of nature you will pull and teak muscles all the time, also you will lose flexiblity.

i am in the same boat.

I am currently starting brazilian jujuistu on sundays(once a week)
i am workout out only 4 days a week. You can see my routine posted earlier today.

i am an ecto so too much cardio will set me back a lot.

but sundays is my cheat day so it will work out perfectly, cause i will have the surpluss of cals on sundays to compesate for the grapling workout.
