Massage nipples for gyno?

After running a test/tren cycle 3 months ago, I developed a small lump (1/2" at the most) under my right nipple. I figured it was gyno from the cycle but I went to family doc to see what he had to say. He said it was either gyno or an accumulation of fluids behind the aureola. He recommended that I massage the nipple daily to try and break up the fluid and insisted that this would NOT make it worse. However, everything I have read says to NOT rub or massage your nipples if you possibly have gyno. What do you guys think? Would a daily massage on my nipple make things worse? TIA :xmas:

No, dont touch it. If it is prolactin related, the stimulation will cause more fliud production and puffiness.

I don't belive it's Prolactin-related. My nips are lactating at all.

Just bc fluid hasn't come out doesn't mean prolactin isn't the issue. SERMs like nolva and raloxifene will treat the gyno and caber or prami would treat the prolactin but you should get blood work before attempting any type of treatment...follow that up with firing your doctor :)
