Massive paranoia when on gear

Anyone else get paranoia sometimes and is it the gear or just the way it runs in your genes?

it seems you might have some psychological problems going on, outside of the use of gear?

or are you stating that the use of gear is giving you the paranoia?

Yes i was but its fine, I do get paranoia sometimes
