i hope you are joking

I did 6 sets of curls last week. On Monday I used the lightest band that I could find and did 25 easy reps. On Thursday I did a set with the 25's, 30's, 35's, and 40's for about 6 reps each.

I rarely train my biceps...and above is as intense as they get.

On Tues I got my best reps ever!!! My chest being the weakest part.......I got 245lbs on incl barbell for 5 reps...no spot, yeah baby!!!!

I never do barbell work for bis. I am guessing I could probably crank out the plates for reps though based on my other lifts like preacher curls etc.

i can handle 110 pounds for about 8. maybe you'll get a better idea if people include height and weight. as for me: 6'2" 200#

i only do dumbells and preachers..i have found my bi's dont need a ton of work to grow..if you hit them correctly...they are smaller muscles i guess, so need less work...

this has always been a problem lift for me . last back/bic. day i broke my personal record @ 5ft10/240lbs . my new best bar curl is 135lbs for 4 reps (of course that last reps was brutal with a cheat) . prior to this i performed 40lbs dumbell alt. curls for 20 reps (total pump) !!! if i use dumbells i can get 60's for 6 reps , for some rason these are easier than a bar (again the last rep is brutal with a cheat) .

I think he means cheese curls, bro.

I can eat the whole bag. :)

Those things are nice. I can eat most of a bag through the night if I keep them next to the peanut butter when I sleep.
