How long does it usually take Chip to get in touch with you after you sent all the required paperwork in. It has not even been a week so I am not upset, I just was wondering when I should start inquiring. I don't want to call quite yet and be a pest because I realize he is very busy and probably has'nt even had the time to review my paperwork. After feeling fucked up for more than a few years then wasting over another one with some dumbass endo and GP I am anxious to get rollin.

Did you submit your blood work and dr form? If so then just email him again. If not get that done.

Yea, all paperwork sent in and I sent him one e-mail. I was going to give him some time because like you said Frustrated1, he is very busy. He has two e-mail accounts, does it matter which one I sent it too ? I might shoot him another one to the account I did'nt or just call him tomorrow. I rather wait a couple days and have a guy willing to put the time in and who cares then someone who just wants to get a new client than forgots about them once he gets what he wants such as my endo who would literally be in and out in 2-3 minutes, not that it mattered anyway.
Call him. I know he would rather have his phone ring and take a moment away from what he is doing then to have someone, especially one of his to-be clients, have any uncertainty about the process.

You can't get in touch with CHIP!!! I'm in the same boat as the other guy. Sent my application first and submitted two sets of labs and physical form about a month ago and have been calling and emailing Chip ever since. As of the last three days his voicemail says it is full.
You have probably seen an ad for 3J Nutrition....on this website. He does a lot of the nutritional counseling for maximus patients. So Chip and 3J work very close together. Click on the link and the email is at the bottom of the page. 3J is great at responding and can probably help all of you who haven't heard any response yet. I know Chip is on the road scouting for employees. I can understand though a week, but a month seems to long. Chip is always great at getting back within a couple of days. Good Luck.

I can assure you that he's very very busy. When it comes to taking care of existing patients, he has personally emailed me a couple of times within the last 2 weeks because I needed assistance.

Chip is gtg I just got an email from him at 11pm my time so the guy is pulling some pretty hard hours.. I know the hurry up and wait sucks right now and even I get a little antsy and bug the Shit out of him at times but its not always like this I usually get a response back with in a few hours. New guys I know its frustrating, believe me I know but at 32 and a father of 3 lil ones the man has helped to completely change my life its worth whatever it takes to get on board with him. Hang in there, I know my word doesn't mean anything to you but I promise he will get you squared away.

I'm actually new to the board. I was referred by someone from another forum. But, there are several other people I've PM'd with that are trying to get on board and Chip is not responding. So this seems to be an ongoing issue with more than just me.
Kinda of discouraging becuase everyone talked about how good Chip is. On another forum they told me guys were having trouble reaching Chip and they tried to refer me to another clinic they are sponsoring, but since I heard such good things about Chip, I was hoping to hear from him?

Bro there is a reason you hear such good things about him he is one of the best, anybody can sit behind a phone and tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your money. There are plenty of people on here that have had him call or email them out of the blue just to check on how they are. I'm not sure what your experience with the medical feild is but between me and my kids I have had to set appointments 6 to 8 months out just to see some specialists did I like it no did I make the appointment and wait yes why because I wanted to see one of the best in that feild... Chip has already explained in a post why he has been hard to reach and what he's trying to do to remedy it, I've been trying to get my script refill in since Friday has it been easy no but I'm in business to and understand things get crazy at times and I know the chip that helped me from his recovery bed so I will support him however I can until things get running smoothly again. 3j I sent you a pm a little before chip emailed me, if you helped to get the message through I thank you Sir.[/QUOTE]

I understand man trust me I know where your coming from. Have you tried him on his cell? Chip really is a standup guy, I'm still waiting on a response from the email lastnight when I hear from him i will tell him your trying to get in touch with him. Just know that its usually not like him to be out of touch with us and its not just you there is a lot of us waiting to hear from him. I'm sure he will get you taken care of soon, from what I hear the Maximus client base has grown tremendously over the past few months and he's trying to get things restructured to handle the growth.
