May 1st, need diet advice.

I am a college student, so i cannot cut carbs totally out b/c i need them to promote glucose in the brain, or i cannot study. I have a bet with a few people that by may 1st, i can have better abs than they can. Right now I am on the 6th week of my Sustenon cycle, and about to start Winstrol (winny) next week. I will be running 2miles 2-3x a week from now on. I'm a freshman so my calories are primarily limited to the cafe food. Just wondering what your recommendations would be for breakfast , lunch, dinner and snacks. thanks. I have access to most kinds of food.
