Maybe I should start on the gear?

Hey guys!

So here's the thing. Naturally, I am a very lanky guy. I've always had good muscle definiton, but also have always been lanky.
I started lifting a year ago, and was about 115 pounds when I started (I was 5' 9" then), now, I am 18, 5'10" (Maybe a little less) and 140 pounds. Recently, I hit a plateau, and haven't gained a single pound for 3 months. I also upped my calorie intake from around 3500 calories a day to 5000-5500. I have a good diet (don't eat fast food or junk food), and get in plenty of protein and carbs per day. I make sure to get at least 30g of protein in every meal, so I know im getting enough protein and carbs. I also drink two protein/gainer shakes a day, and on workout days right after the workout.
I also use creatine and Superpump 250 (dunno if that's relevant). Now, I don't know how good of an idea this is, but i'm thinking of starting juicing to gain some more mass, because nothing has worked at this point. At first, I was thinking dbol (with Nolva during the cycle and clomid for pct) will do the trick but it turns out all it does is give you a bunch of water weight you will lose within 6 weeks anyway. Can you guys give me some advice or point me in the right direction?

your 18 and thats to young to cycle .

you weigh 140 pounds and thats WAY WAY to light to cycle.

no matter how much you think you eat , its not enough . replace some of those shakes with real food even if you have to eat a little less healthy .

steroids can not help you grow without nutrients / food , if you were hgetting enough you would be getting heavier.
 
So why does a certain weight need to be reached to cycle?

You should spend some moolah on a trainer & some nutrition help...Hit up 3J.

I did my first cycle at 18 and was around your size. Now at 42 I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and have chronic gyno issues.

No such thing as one cycle as your either gone do more or shrink back to your present state.

I ate dbol in junior college age 19..1983 long haired skinny pot head beach bum.
Gained and lost 12 pounds in 4 months.

Then did gear from 85-91 and was competitive..now I m a mere shadow of the beast I was..and at times a complete hormonal/emotional/irrational..trainwreck. Ask around.

I can no longer cycle..but have to do 1 cc a week to remain functional...forever.

Don t be like me..aim higher.

Go eat, lift heavy like a powerlifter..sleep a lot..avoid recreational anything..revisit this idea in 3-5 years AFTER you ve gained 25-40 pounds of meat.

nice job asking for advice and actually listening bro....i started when i was 33...well after high natty test levels, and well after the birth of my son. lovin every minute of it now!!! minus the pct! lol
 
Listen to what your told. The guys here are very smart and know their shit. I just turned 33 and only now am I doing my first cycle. Gotta pay your dues bro. Good luck to ya.

no no homo but man I hope I look like you when I'm 47. I'm 26 and can't get abs like that!! Lol

I can say that I do not know anyone that has only done 1 cycle. My last cycle was about 17 years ago.

I know that you say your diet is on target, but if you are not gaining any weight something that you are doing is not right.

The best thing that you can do is consult with someone that can review what you are doing & suggest some changes. I bet with a few tweeks to your diet & workout you'll be making gains in no time.
