So is that you with another 9 sessions to go?

How is it run - set workouts, or just turn up and cut your own detail like in a normal gym.

Well m8, we went in, warmed up, did 531 sets on bench and deadlift, some other stuff, and log press for as many reps in 1 minute lol on wednesday, where doing, tyre flipping, atlas stones, hitting tyres with hammers, farmers walk, some other stuff not 100% on it mate, but the equipment there is nothing like a normal gym, loads of battle ropes, pulling cars, u name it, if it invloves strongman they got it! i love it, i wanna compete one day, (few years) maybe :)
 
just got back from another class they do, strongman but its like cardio based training with weights, what would it really be called? tyre flipping falmers walk, squat, battle ropes etc, 10 different things no rest! then 2min rest, then do it all over again took 1 hour to complete im FCUKED!
 
Sounds just like cross fit went it comes to breaks, zero. And cardio mixed with weight, that cross fit, just crossfit does tons of power and Olympic lifting.
