Meal Replacement Powder Recommendations???

I'm looking for some meal replacment powder recommendations. Cheap is preferable. And if you have the website that you purchase it from, that'd be even better. I've been getting mine from AllStarHealth.com for quite awhile, but I was hoping somebody had a better slash cheaper site that they'd be willing to share.

home-made MRPs are the way to go. prepackaged MRPs are generally just protein powders with maltodextrin for carbs.

order a protein from the link in my sig, TrueProtein. I suggest Milk Protein Isolate (80/20 casein/whey mix). Or whey concentrate if youre looking for "cheaper".

then just blend the protein with whatever ingredients you want/need to fill your macros.

this ends up being a better bang for your buck, 100% customizable to your tastes/needs, and youll generally end up with more nutrients in your shake.

oatmeal and peanut butter are the standard (easiest) sources for carbs and fat, respectively. but you can use whatever you want
milk
ice cream
yogurt
bananas
berries
olive/canola/flax oil
flaxmeal
wheat germ
etc.

Yeah, I'm not why I spell it out. I picked it up somewhere and it's stuck with me for one dumb reason or another.

Thanks for the response. I usually prefer to make my own mrp's, but I like to have the pre-packaged ones around when I'm in a pinch or in a hurry. I also find them great for travel. But again, thanks for the response.

I keep a few ziploc bags with protein powder and ground oatmeal in the pantry for times when im in a hurry. just an idea.

I throw oats, protein powder, and some ground up flax into a zip-lock baggie. Cheap MRP.
