Meet Prep and Sheiko Training

Hey guys,

I'm getting ready for my second powerlifting meet, first time squatting though as the first meet was a push-pull, so I'm new to the game. I have been running sheiko training in preparation, I like the volume as it lets me constantly practice form.

Anyways, I have just finished running Sheiko program #29 and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or experience to comment on which one to run next? Anything I have found on the matter suggest #37 but I am leaning towards #30 as this includes percentages closer to your one-rep max.

Just an FYI, I will only fit in one more program before I run #32 in preparation for the meet. Also, although I am new to competitive powerlifting I have been lifting seriously for the last four years and training for 8 (not sure if that would influence the advice given)
