Ok guys I give a lot if advise on mental health and this is why. I finished my MC which is Masters in Counseling. I have also just received my liscenses. I cannot practice as a counselor on the net because of diferent states lisencing requirements but I can give free adcise from personal experience. These experiences are derived from life and the military. I chose this field because I suffer from PTSD and since I worked under USASOC I have found it hard to talk to folks specially those that have for one never been there much less never have done that.

If you need to talk or get something off your chest you can PM me at any time and I will give you the best advise I can from my own life experiences.
We must though as a community keep our eyes peeled and opened to help those we feel are in need of mental health support.
