was naive and stupid and did a bad cycle as told by my trainer . i did deca 100mg/per week with no test for 5 weeks (ya i know it was stupid , i trusted my trainer) . and my test levels dropped as did my drive . my test levels were 270 ng/dl
after 2 months .i did a pct for 6 weeks nolva nd clomid

Tamox 20mg/ED for 6
weeks (40mg/ED week 1)
Clomid 25mg/ED for 6
weeks (50mg/ED week 1)

my tests are back upto 600ng/dl

my doubt is there anything else i need to be tensed about . anything i need to check in my bloodwork? please help . and was the pct good enough

How long after pct were those bloods taken with levels of 600? I ask this because test levels are usually elevated after pct but then drop a couple hundred points the next month or two. Get them tested at least a month after pct and see where they're at.

Ok. Seems like you recovered decently. Maybe post your bloodwork on here and some of us will break it down for you.

i just checked my test levels .. is there anything else i need to check ??????
prolactin ? thyroid ?
what else does d cycle mess up?

and about the trainer he says hes a seasoned pro . only god knows .only if i had google the cycle once .. i wouldnt have made d mistake ..

Yes there is more to look at. Like I said post a picture of your blood work results on here and people on here will help you.

just get a compete work up, the basic, with your Test and Estradiol then these guys will look at everything.

By the way please give us your stats so we can further help and in the future. How many cycles and the complete cycle outline of them. Hang in there, you got here so now you are in good hands. Be cool man and good luck

will get it done and will post here .

how do one get estradiol levels back to normal in case it is high . just for info

Some one might have another idea/way, but if your test comes down so will your E2. So it will be...
If you use an AI while no taking test you have a chance that you will crash your E2. This is bad.

I would wait it out to naturally stablize. Others will comment .......

No stats yet???? Let me guess, you are very young? Your trainer is a bro-science gym friend? Am I close? Whether you are or not , we've all made bad choices in many things in our lives. I'm a Fvckup at age 62 still. SOoooo?

Post your test results, in full, but omit any personal info on them.

FSH: 7.52 IU/l
LH: 5.69 IU/l
Testosterone: 3.86ng/ml (386ng/dl)
Estradiol: 25pg/ml

normal range
fsh - 1.4-18.1
lh - 1.5-9.3
test- 1.75-7.81
e2- 25-70

i thought you said you were back up to the 600's? this shows you in the high 300's. within range but certainly not optimal. your lh and fsh are also in range, but not optimal. a restart protocol may not be a bad idea for you, but i'm no professional so hopefully we will get some more opinions.

You should see a doctor. You need to make sure you get restarted correctly if you want to avoid being on TRT for the rest of your life and being infertile.
