Metabolism slowing down?

I have been cutting for about 12 weeks, losing anywhere from 1-2 pounds a week. I have recently lowered my calories a little bit and the weight loss is going a little slower than it was. Could this be my metabolism slowing down since I've been cutting for 3 months. What could I do to increase it?

This is your body adapting and conserving. I would advise keeping the original calories and just up the cardio and introduce a new supplement (ECA, Clen, Albut, etc).

I dieted for a whole year before without a cheat meal. Now I have a cheat meal once a week because my body adapts so easily to my diet now. I would say have a cheat meal like pizza or a burger or something like that and hop back on the diet. And I agree....introduce alittle clen or albut in the mix.

You should take some appetite foods which would help you to increase your metabolism.
You can search for a list of appetite diets at google.
Thanks
