mid cycle bloods - 500mg Test E / Week

I first want to start off thanking everything who's helped me thus far through my first cycle! I know some of my questions might have seemed a bit rudimentary so for that I thank you!

SO I just got back my "mid-cycle" blood results today. They were taken at the start of my week 8 test e 500mg/week 12 week cycle. I meant to get my bloods a couple weeks earlier but found absolutely no time with my work schedule and my finals week for school, I apologize for that.

My pre cycle bloods came back normal. Nothing out of range. I copy and pasted my mid-cycle results below. Just to clarify I have been running test e 500 mg/week, Adex .5mg EOD, HCG 500iu/week, along with raloxifene 60mg/day (I'm sensitive and very scared of gyno!).

My red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit were all high. My hematocrit being 53.3 with the normal range being 38.5-50.0. Is this normal on mid cycle bloods? What should I do for this? Donate blood? The next criteria that was out of range was my absolute eosinophils. Not quite sure what these are? Is there anything that should be done to help accommodate this? And then my FSH and LH were both shot being way lower than the normal range. I have heard that this was normal on mid cycle bloods but I thought maybe the HCG I've been taking might have kept them at a somewhat decent level? Does this mean my HCG is no good? Then my estradiol came back completely normal which surprised me a bit because I've been having a mild gyno flare up. If not due to abnormal estradiol levels then what else? Last but not least, my testosterone came back at 3511 which is good right? haha

Those are just my concerns and questions over my bloodwork. Other than that the cycle is going great. I'm up about 15 pounds. All my lifts have gone up as well.

Again, any help is greatly appreciated!!

1. Go donate blood. You are correct in that hemoglobin/hematocrit rise on cycle, and donating is the way to reduce it.

2. HCG *mimics* LH, it ISN'T LH. As such, it won't show up on a panel unless you select HCG. You can buy a pregnancy test to verify, or simply gauge by the size of your nuts. If they've shrunk considerably, it's likely either bunk, or you're not using enough.

3. Eosonophils are essentially markers for infection, but allergies or even a cold can cause them to elevate. I wouldn't worry too much about this one as it's not extremely out of range.

4. Please explain your gyno. A lot of guys SWEAR they have gynecomastia, when it's literally just water retention under the nipples. I'm not saying you're wrong, but it's easily the most misdiagnosed symptom in the game. However, if it is indeed truly gyno, you just may be extremely sensitive to estradiol - and require a SERM on cycle.

Everything else looks fine to me (0 LH/FSH means your gear is real), just be sure to get on that blood donation. ;)

Much appreciated my dude!! Sorry for such a late reply but i've been so busy and my internet has been on the fritz lol I donated blood though so i should be good! Just wrapped my 12 weeks up so i'll be getting my post cycle in a few. And yes unfortunately and am certain that is gyno. I got it from being an idiot a few years back on some PH's and since then it has come and gone. It's not out of control but it has flared up with this cycle despite my .5mg EOD adex and 60mg/day ralox (serm) dosage. That is what stumped me is that my hormones came back perfectly fine. I'm thinking maybe a prolactin problem? Don't know what else it could be, but thanks again for all the help!

Prolactin doesn't cause gyno, it just turns existing gyno into milk faucets. I'd get a doctor to look at your chest once you're free and clear from PCT. Usually a SERM, ESPECIALLY raloxifene will be sufficient - so I'd get a pro to take a gander at it. Just blame it on puberty, as you don't want to get into the whole hormone issue.

A miniscule impact that's temporary ; just like how kids from the "nofap" community think it increases testosterone. The effect is tiny and very temporary.

The hormones released after ejaculation would be dopamine, serotonin, prolactin (tiny amount), oxytocin, cortisol, and a few others. None of which have been shown to have any long-term impact in the gym.

Here's what happens to me. I start having sex with a woman. My whole body swells up & gets really strong. I can hump for hours without fatigue. I spend around 16-18 hours a week in the gym right now, and was spending around 36 hours for the last year and a half. I love the gym as it's my sanctuary, my therapist, and I have made some good friends there on top of completely changing my life for the better.

But...

I cannot say that I would prefer to be in the gym over being balls deep. Fortunately, I don't have to choose and can have both - just not at the same time as I don't live in a porn movie.

The mind is very powerful, and you would be seriously amazed at how it can heal injuries, or make you ill. I have a feeling that you associate sexual prowess with masculinity, but once you spend your seed, you lose it temporarily. This is not uncommon at all, and in fact is prevalent in some tribes found in South/Central America.

The true question is whether or not you're happy with this. If you're fine and enjoy having this belief (which may manifest itself physically if you really DO believe it), then I say more power to you.

However, if you're not happy with this, I'd probably speak to a trained professional such as a psychologist. This could stem from a zillion different places, and I know I'm certainly not qualified to delve into them.

Either way, I'm now thinking of a video I saw with Brandi Aniston in a gym. D'oh! :horny:

Sounds like you don't have the physical conditioning and endurance (cardio) to be able to have sex for 4+ hours in a week. It is depleting/exhausting you. You should try lowering your body fat % and doing cardio to strengthen your heart.

It really isn't that either because I've tried the quikies too and that fucks me up too. I have actually had sex with a girl for over an hour before and actually stopped without cumming. Big time blue balls as a result of it but still stayed strong and slept like a baby. Heres another thing I woke up the next dau after sleeping in till 10 then hit the gym and was no less than a he man.I don't want to loose any body fat either. Like lou said in pumping iron "I don't wanna look small" hilarious when he said that but ya I'm off cycle most of the time so I will loose size.
