might have a issue. need advice

I just finished my first brew. Did 100 ml tren and 100ml mast
the whole process went smooth. I pinned both and got zero pip.
the problem is I just noticed that theres a little flake floating around in every single vial. I figured out that its a chunk of the rubber stopper that broke off from the big ass needle I used to fill them.
Would you guys trust drawing off these vials with a flake of rubber floating around in it?
