Guys im planning on my second cycle wich is:
w1-w4 deca 200mg+500mg sust
w5-w6 200mg+750mg+10000iu hcg
w7-w8 200mg+500mg
w9 200mg deca+250mg sust+20mg dbol
w10 200mg+20mg
w11 200mg+250mg+20mg
w12 200mg+20mg

pct 20000iu hcg+nolva+proviron

love to hear your opinions on this one!

oh by the way my other question is: wich sustanon is the mightiest Nile,karachi or portugese? i know most would say karachi but if so why and if it all came down to the other two wich would you choose?

Karachi is best for me because I can get it really cheap, but I haven't tried the portugese. Niles are good as long as there legit, but when it comes down to it sustanon is sustanon as long as its real.

about the nile ones..how can i tell if they are real or not? i had some in my first cycle and i noticed some differences between them like oil colour and some of the green prints was kind of shady while others was a strong green....

I switched substances to winstrol @ 40mg/ed my last 6 weeks of my cycle and cut up very nicely without losing much mscle at all if any.

If it were me, and if I am reading your post right, I would increase the deca to at least 300 mg, I would run the sust straight through at the dose you choose (either 500 or 750) and I would drop the Dbol or put it at the begining of the cycle. But thats just me. You may have some plan that is apparant to me though.

Run one dosage on the Sust......and you're going way overboard on the HCG

Weeks 1-4 - D-bol @ 20mg/day
Weeks 1-12 - Sust @ 500mg/week
Weeks 1-11 - Deca @ 300mg/week
Weeks 1-12 - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week at 500 IUs
PCT starting 3 weeks after last Sust injection as follows;

Clomid - day 1- 300mg, day 2-11 - 100mg/day, day 12-21 - 50mg/day

or

Nolvadex - day 1-14 - 40mg/day, day 15-28 - 20mg/day

i agree with everyone that i would run the sus at one dose preferably 750 at shoot it 3 times a week(250 each time) also i would run the deca at 2cc a week and break the doses up
