Mixing HCG question ratios

I have 30ml Bac and 10k IU HCG.

I plan on mixing: 10mL Bac + 10k IU HCG = .5mL HCG MIXTURE of 500IU HCG E3D for my cycle.

I've noticed the HCG vial is VERY small. How can I mix it together? I don't have a 3rd vial/empty one and not sure where to get one in USA?

PS: Even if I did use a 3rd vial, how can i be sure I withdrew all the HCG from it's original container?

Site sponsor RUI usually has sterile viles. Once you add the nac water it disolves 100 %and pretty quick just add back water enough to reconstitute draw out of the ampule/vile add to new vile then add the rest of of your backwater to new vile and you have your hcg at proper mixture pretty simple brother.

Why so much water? Perhaps .5ml per mg of hCG would give you easy math for dosing.

Ya know I'm not a dumb guy but I must admit I don't understand all the ratio's! Ml to mg, cc's to mg. Is there a chart for dummies somewhere? I've looked through all the stickies, did I miss it??

Well mL and cc are the same thing, unit of volume. 1cc, or mL, of water weighs 1mg IIRC.

As for cc's/mL's to mg's: That all depends on the concentration of the stuff you have.

Just use 5 ml of water and then pin .25.

Or 2.5ml of water and pin .125

is there nothing else I can use other THAN a 3rd vial? Im just looking to mix the HCG and BAC properly, then im goona withdraw with the insulin syinges and pre-load and freeze them.. I just dont got a 3rd vial and dont want to wait another week for that to come in..

You have 3ml syringes right?

reconstitute your hcg with 1ml of water in the provided vial. take 4 syringes and load .25 ml of the reconstituted HCG in each. then add 2.25 mls of water back into each syringe. You now have 4 syringes with a solution of 2500iu's of HCG in 2.5mls of solution. freeze 3 keep 1 in the fridge. draw out .5mls for 500 iu dose.

It's just math. divide and multiply as needed. you have 10,000 iu you want 500 iu inject. Easiest way is like your original plan. but you can use less water and make the solution more concentrated by using only 5 ml's and then you only have to inject .25 because its twice as strong.

If the bac water is a multi-use vial with a stopper you could:

1) withdraw 20cc and discard
2) withdraw 1cc and inject into vial (or amp) containing HCG
3) withdraw what you just injected into the HCG vial (or amp), which is now mixed with HCG, and re-inject into the bac water vial to get the final desired concentration.

Yes if you want to use that much water you will need a third vial. Or you could use 2ml of water and ever mark on the syringe would be 50iu. So, 10 units on the syringe would be 500iu. I've seen many people here say mix 1ml of water per 1000iu of HCG, so you are on the right path. The apothecary pharmacy I spoke with recommends 1ml per 1000iu of HCG as well. However, you will talk to many people that will mix it, so that their dose is only 5-10 units on the syringe, so that they are injecting less water. Injecting a .5ml for 500iu will leave you with a nice little bump under your skin for a bit. Also you may feel pain from the stretching of the skin since the volume is so much.

I do #2 since the HCG I get comes in amps. I bought a pack of 255 10ml sealed sterile vials. I use one each time when mixing a new batch of a 5000iu ampule of HCG.

Have:
-30mL Bac
-10K IU HCG x2

Steps:
-Withdraw 10mL Bac in Barrels (2ml, 2mL, 2mL, 2mL, 2mL)-Put all these aside and don't use for below STEPS
-Jar has 20mL Bac.
-Withdraw 2mL Bac
-Withdraw 2 mL Bac
-Jar now has: 16ml Bac
-Put 2mL into HCG VIAL
-Put 2mL into HCG Vial
-Transfer ALL HCG into Bac Jar = 20k HCG + 20ml Bac = .5ml per SHOT


-Load All insulin syringes up with .5mL HCG MIXTURE FROM BAC JAR



PS: Is it okay if the mixture is NOT SPOT ON. Might be less/little more than 500, since it's first time I'm doing it?

Also, I might not have enough HCG for 500IU E3D, so would it be okay toward the weeks break btw last shot and pct, to use only 500IU once a week ?
