Finding one that has good info and is consistant in the updates is difficult.
Gracie University is solid but it is grappling only. You may be better off just buying a video series. Erik Paulson has an excellent library of DVD's that are expensive but very informative. Also, try budovideos.com they have a huge selection of dvd's that are martial arts related.
there are basically none. mma in a dvd is kind of hard since its several styles. unless you are able to visualize and break shit down in your head to a T you are better off just learning at a gym. like you could get some bjj or wrestling dvds but unless you are solely devoted to learning one from a dvd its pretty hard, especially if each technique is short and doesnt explain opponents reactions to what you are doing.
