More than one set a waste of time?

i dont know man, more then one set a waste of time.
i think intenity is a big part. i think will is another part, depends... every one in the wright up increase strength. some of those people might not like pain. if they had one subject over all methods maybe.....it is the millon dollar question for the last 20 years on training. mike mentzer had a big shot at answering it... but least he had a go....
me im not a big believe in it, but some exercises need more, some need one set
