what the hell can i do to increase my hunger in the morning. when i wake up i plan on eating 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 slices of whole wheat, some oats and glasss of milk.
but when i get into the kitchen all that i can stomach is a small yogurt and maybe a class of milk (about 700 calories shy of my target
)
the rest of the day i am fine for appetite, its just the mornings. ive tried premaking my food for the morning, hoping it was just me being lazy in the morning, but still not even hungry.
