Bulking diet doing morning workouts Questions

Hi

I have started working out in the morning at 5am because of work. I get up at 430 so it doesnt give me much time for food. Im just wondering what i should be eating before i workout and after. Should i use some supplements also. I dont have much time after i finish only about 20mins because i start work.

Also how should i structure my diet most diet i find on the net are set around working out in the afternoon evening time.
Im looking at bulking up im 165 pound at 6 foot.

Cheers

I personally would have a 50g whey protein shake with 1 cup of oatmeal and a banana upon waking. Than PWO I'd have another 50 g shake with 2 bananas or any other PWO carb of your choice.

In a nutshell, the rest of the day I'd make sure to eat a lot of quality protein and an adequate amount of carbs.

But this is just my worthless opinion:laugh3:

can you eat without feelinglike you are hing to throw up during training? if you can then go for it. if not then just eat after training.

Yeah i can eat a bit. But to much and i think i might feel like throwing it up. I just want to make sure im eating right. I have read how important pre and post workout meal are.

Does anybody have some suggestions for a diet working around my morning workout. Im not sure when to eat certain meals and what to have.
I worked it out and i need 3000cal 230 gram protien 375 carbs 67 fat.

Schedule 430am wake up
500am workout
600am - 620am breakfast before work
930am 1000am - Morning break at work
1230pm 1300pm Lunch
400pm Afternoon
630pm 700pm dinner
900pm bed

Thanks

maybe have a shake with carbs and proteinpowder and a banana before then go for a meal or another shake after training.

how big are you? 3000 seems a bit little to bulk on but if works then good.

165 pound or 75kg about 6 foot tall. So is 3000 to low??

well thatwould depend on howmuch you train and move around. but its definatly above bmr. try it out and if you don't gain try bumping your calories up by 500 for a week and see what happens.
