Mourning Cardio question.

I decided to start waking up early and goin for a run i need to lose abit of fat, personally when i dont eat i really cant do much, have no energy feel light headed get tired quickly... do u think it'll be ok to have my protein shake before i go out for my run ?
 
Yep. It'd be best anyways. I'm not a pro-fasted cardio type of a guy so yes, some protein prior to running will be good. It'll help prevent your body from breaking down your muscles as energy anyways, so that's a plus.
