MrRiccos 2nd cycle, could use imput plz.

So im in cutting session right now. Cutting until the end of Feburary, and possibly starting my cycle in March. My first cycle was Test E 500/15 weeks with Prop 500mg/week 16-17, I had Var for 8 weeks at 50mg ED. I did not to HCG, but I did use armidex ED during whole cycle and proper clomid/nolva pct at the end.

This time around im thinking of doing this cycle
Test Prop 500mg/weekly for 12 weeks
Deca NPP 400mg/weekly for 10 weeks
TBOL 75mg ED for 5 1/2 weeks beginning around week 8 (adding tbol later because I've never tried NPP or TBOL, so trying NPP out first to see if everything alright)
HCG 500IU/week from week 5 and so on.

Of course Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50
Trying out liquidex .5mg ED this time during whole cycle, didn't care to much for Armidex I had a fuck ton of water weight. And Prami .5 ED at the beginning.

Stats most likely will be 23 5'4 138-142lbs around 7-9% BF. My first cycle was great, diet was good but not perfect. Right now diet is great, and will be excellent for upcoming cycle.
 
well.. your a bit light.. dont get me wrong at 5'4 you dont have to be that heavy (no disrespect intended)
whats your diet going to look like with this cycle?
 
Well last night id say 3/4 of the time was clean (what I consider clean foods) then 1/4 was junk. So I'm trying to go for 100% clean this time, maybe not as much protein as I was. I was hitting 250-300grams a day. Also I was very unsure of my calorie maintenance. I was just hitting a random number of 3300. Now I know my maintenance calories, so my diet will just be a simple 500 surplus. Considering doing carb cycling variation also, where I eat carbs 4 days a week (workout days) then the 3 reset days try to do under 50carbs.

also edit, no disrespect taken 3J. Advice is always accepted. I forgot to add I will probably be heavier then the numbers I posted. At the moment I'm 151lbs, but I stopped creatine for a month so lost water weight there. And since low carb I lost a bit of water weight there. So I can imagine I'll be 4-5lbs heavier then imagined from those. I dropped 5 lbs first week of diet of low carb and no creatine.

carb cycling is a great way to go if you actually set it up correctly.. get to the diet section if you want a free critique.. or you can always consider hiring me if you want to step it up and let me take care of all that!

I actually did consider a package for this upcoming cycle. Im doing carb cycling right now, 2 high (375), 2 medium (150), 3 low (less then 50). Working good. The thing is with the package im worried it'd go to waste cause of my GF. She is like "ohh shit fuck you're diet, were going to my parents to eat" then when i get there their gonna be like Ricco why don't you have a piece of our cake we worked hard on!
 
lol it can always be tough with a siginifcant other that isn't on board.. just keep in mind im running a 25% off deal.. also running a buy one get the second half off.. so maybe you can talk your girl into getting on a carb cycle with you?? lol.. sale ends christmas!
