Hey guys, just quick question about these mullar rice pots,(not the mullar light ones), you buy in the shops and filling stations etc!!! With me eating every 3 hours during my work as an engineer im always out and about and im on a bulking cycle at the minute,these mullar rices have seemed perfect to add after my tuna sandwiches or chicken n pastas meals etc!! the have almost 40 g carbs in one tub and was just thinking....are these the RIGHT carbs that i shud be taking?? cuz i could easily add 4 or 5 of them to my meals thru the day and that would contribute 200g carbs to my daily intake!! Any comments guys................??????
