multi direction joint instability

Hey guys, its been over a month now since my injury. I have loose joints, sucks. Anyway I kinda hurt my AC joint, thats what the doc said. I can still feel it when i stretch it out or flex my trap. I don't if this pain is ever gonna go away. I hope it is cause im really frustrated. I want to start working out again. All ive been doing is legs and it just sucks. The question is do i wait a little longer or do i just start lifting again? Do you think I might have bursitis?
 
start doing some exercises for the RC muscles to help stabilise and support the AC joint.
I'd also go and see a physio or the like and get it reassessed
