if i try to maintain my weight at 180 6-7% bf, is there any way that i can convert muscle to fat as long as i watch the scale ultimately staying at that weight and follow this regimen below?

Keep things pretty much the same such as training and diet..maybe adding a few more carbs or a shake here and there being that i dont want to drop too much below 180 and have my cheat meals during the weekend, which could put my weight to about 185-190 by the beginning of the next week and then continue cardio bringing me to back down to 180 usually by the 2nd day or middle of the next week as water weight comes off.

id like to hear all of your input. thanks

Muscle and fat are two different things. There is no way fat can turn into muscle or muscle turn into fat.

with that, im assuming that as long as i keep up what im doing and maintain my weight at 180..my body fat should remain the same too

I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you saying that you want to up your cals a bit and having only cardio once a week?

ya but only slightly..cuz ill keep dropping more weight if i kept everything the exact same of how i got to the point i am now. on the weekend i will sometimes gain 10 pounds which usually comes off by tuesday or wednesday of the week after and then i continue all over again. make sense?

you gain 10lbs over a weekend (2days)??? interesting...how much and what do you eat for that kinda wt gain in a 2 day peroid?

i could easily gain 15 pounds in one day if i wanted. gaining 10 pounds in a 2 day period is simple. couple burritos..a fast food meal and there you go. its so different from a standard lean complex carb diet thats why
