Is it possible to do both at once? Ive heard so many stories sayng yes and many stories saying no. I was lookng to take a suplement such as Gyto gainer
for muscle gains and taking thermorenix dfor fat burn? i do cardio at low intesity for 40 - 45 mins about 3-4 days a week (soon as i wakeup on an empty stomach) and I got to the gym to lift 4 - 6 days a week. My stats are weight: 135 and height 5'5... my goal is to burn the fat i have on my stomach and make it into muscle on my arms which would get rid of my"pot belly" which is not too big. Will the Thermorexin and Gyto gainer completely cancel each other out while being taken simultaneously or will it help me achieve my goal? Also if it doesnt help me achieve it.. what will?I also maintain a clean diet and workout regularly any suggestions???

thank you all in advance

no

post your diet and training, and decide which goal you want to achieve first. at 135, you cant be carrying much fat, id suggest gaining muscle while keeping a handle on fat gain.

the only time it's really possible is when your just beggining or making a comeback (muscle memory). Other then that, it may only exist in a few genetic super freaks.

thnx squeeze im not carrying too much fat when i flex u can see top two abs pretty clearly other than that flexin when i push into my fat i have maybe about an inch maybe 2 to where i can feel the muscle this will just eventually go away with muscle gains?

well it sounds to me from your first post that your not a noob, so you probably wont be able to take advantage of the noob effect (obese people, and those who dont train, can for a short amount of time gain muscle and lose fat at the same time).

gaining more muscle isnt going to help you lose the fat on your stomach. in all likelihood, youre going to gain some bodyfat as you accumulate more muscle, since muscle growth requires an excess of calories, and those excess calories are never used solely for new muscle, some is stored as fat.

like i said before, at 135 pounds, i really wouldnt be worrying about fat loss. I would concentrate on muscle gains. What good is having super low bodyfat if you have no muscle underneath to show off? as you gain muscle, your abs will become larger, more prominent, and will be able to show easier. the typical "bulk" stage in which you gain muscle, along with a little fat, followed by a few months of "cutting" in which you try to lose as much fat and retain as much muscle as possible, tends to be the most realistic way to go about things.

its possible to technically lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, but it requires pretty extensive knowledge of your own body, and how it reacts to foods and training, and meticulous planning. its really advanced stuff that most people will never be able to accomplish. even then, its not what you might think. really, the best you could really do without drugs is keep the same amount of bodyfat, but gain muscle, therefore making the amount of bodyfat you have a smaller percentage of your overall weight. so you drop your BF percentage, but you dont actually lose any fat, if that makes any sense. i would not expect this realistically happen to most people.

i would get my bodyfat tested, most gyms do this for free. my guess is that youre in the 10-15% BF range, which is the optimal range for gaining muscle.
