My 12 week course beginning to end BLOG!!

Hi firstly i do apologise if this isn't allowed but i will be making a blog of my 12 week steroid course. Which includes daily updates about my diet, training program and general moods and life style. This is so that i can share my experience with you all and also see any gains i may achieve.

the start of my blog is :

I will post pictures/measurements and also go through my day everyday until the end of my course. i welcome comments and advice during my course.

The course it self involves:
The Steroids I will be taking are:
weeks 1- 4 Dbol 40mg Everyday (ED)
weeks 1-12 Test E (testoviron) EP Lab - 600mg a week
weeks 1-12 Arimidex - 0.5 mg Every other day (EOD)

PCT (post cycle therapy)
weeks 15-18
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

My diet will start with:

6am MEAL 1- one scoop protein shake (Gold standard)
- Oatmeal/ semi-skimmed milk

9am SNACK - almonds, banana, bottled water

**11am - DBOL 25mg tablet**

12 dinner MEAL 2 - rice, chicken and asparagus / bottled water

3pm - one scoop protein shake (Gold standard)

5pm - GYM

7pm - MEAL 3 Rice chicken asparagus/ or sweet potato chicken green beans/ pasta tuna no sauce/ or steak and rice

**8pm TEST E 300mg injection/25mg DBOL** (Mondays and Thursday only) Injection site buttocks one week followed by leg other...

10pm - casein one scoop gold standard

Hi il add some more details which you guys are asking about first alittle about me:

I am 26 years old, 5'9 tall and currently weigh 68kg/ 9% bodyfat. This will be my first time taking steroids, before this I have actively trained for over 10 years in boxing and competed across Asia (THAILAND,CHINA etc)...
I consider myself a skinny but ripped build. as I did a lot of cardio previously, for the last 2 years I have weight trained and concentrated on a clean diet. I have a good understanding of correct forms and techniques for lifting. and i also studied the correct method of administrating injections to myself.

I also have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) which has limited my diet. and contributed to my weight gain struggles....
my goals are simply to put a lot of weight on my legs... from the picture you can see i have skinny legs :(

Regards to HCG question i don't think i will be taking that, as i feel clomid and novla will suffice.
This monday 27/4/15 will be my first injection an i will usually post about my day around 9pm UK time.which will include what i ate and my training regime i will post progress pictures every 2 weeks.

I would rethink the hCG on cycle. It minimizes testicular atrophy which makes your PCT more likely to be successful. And your PCT is too short.
 
I could get hcg but could you shed any light as to what would be the best way to take it? not the injecting method but rather the times, along side my other 'supplements' :)

also i thought 2 weeks on pct with novla and clomid would be enough time?

250iu of hCG twice a week while on cycle.

I wouldn't have brought it up multiple times if I thought two weeks of PCT is enough. You need to do more homework before you embark on a cycle and shut down your HPTA

Oops just looked and realised i wrote 2 weeks on my post which made me think thats what i was following, i actually have in my diary:
4 weeks on
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

which will be done 2 weeks after my last jab

9am - almonds/ bottled water

12:30 dinner - rice/ chicken with turmeric (helps with IBS)/ bottled water

3pm - flapjack (homemade), coffee

3:30pm - 25mg DBOL

4pm - Gold standard protein shake (1scoop)

5pm - GYM (LEG DAY)

6:30pm - Gold standard protein shake (1scoop)

7:30pm - TEST E 1ml injection Right Buttock

8:00pm - Rice, chicken with turmeric (helps with IBS) bottled water, 25mg DBOL

Still to come =
10pm - Casein Gold standard (1scoop)

BEDTIME!!!



So my first day went normal obviously haven't noticed nothing yet, drank approx 2L of water.
Workout was leg day, Only thing i can say about today was that injecting myself i was little nervous but it went smoothly or should i say sharply :)

Let me know if you want me to include my actual workout...maybe you guys could give me some tips lol

I struggle with food in general, i find that with liquids i am able to digest it easier whereas with food i constantly have upset stomach and need the toilet a lot due to my IBS.... I will try cut this down an replace it with whole foods more often depending on how my stomach is that day.

do 4-5 weeks of that PCT. HCG how i rec it is last 4-5 weeks of cycle at 500iu 2x a week leading up to PCT but not into PCT.

5pm - GYM (chest,tri,abs)

6:30pm - Gold standard protein shake (1scoop)

8:00pm - Rice, chicken with turmeric (helps with IBS) bottled water, 25mg DBOL

Still to come =
10pm - Casein Gold standard (1scoop)

Bedtime.

Today was ok, still nothing to report except i haven't really had any upset stomach from tablets,which is good. i do have a sore bum from my injection yesterday but nothing worrying, this was expected.

Sex with the mrs is still going good boys downstairs look fine I'm guessing this won't be the case in a few weeks lol (well if i prepare with hcg i should be good)!

only thing different i did today was include 0.5mg of arimidex.

Wayyy too many protein shakes....not enough whole food my friend. You will not grow on protein shakes...you need a calorie dense diet of whole food to grow. Protein shakes are good for 2 things...intra or post workout nutrition, and even that is not really necessary. You can't replace quality food sources with shakes.
