My 3J's Nutrition Network Experience

Weight is down slightly today from 169.62 to 169.4 3J added another 200 calories today to my daily intake, that brings it up to 3800 calories per day.

Weight is down today from 169.4 to 168.3 not sure why we added about 200 calories yesterday. Still doing only 30 mins walking per day
 
dont worry about it so much my man.. your weight will go up and down just a little every day.. its the 7 day mark that matters.. keep it up!!
 
Large drop in weight overnight from 168.3 to 165.22. Been doing tons of sweating especially at night. 3J feels this is just water weight
 
Weight has been stable last 2 days at 165lbs 3J has introduced milk into diet to make it easier for me to consume the necessary calories as I was finding it a bit tuff. Still keeping cardio at 30mins walking per day.
Bit disappointed with drop in weight, just the nature of the beast I guess. Strong as ever in the gym so very happy about that.
 
Weight is up from 167.42 to 169.62
3J said I was looking good with no noticeable changes but he wanted me to reduce calories by 100 That makes it 3700 calories per day now

Weight is going up a little too quickly.. He'd rather be safe then sorry.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I just started a program w 3J and am finding it hard to get all the food down but I'm somehow making it happen. Any tips / tricks for getting all your meals in?

Hi, HoosierMuscle, thanks for posting. I find going for a short walk helps with digestion after a meal. Makes the next meal easier to consume. But dont get carried away though like I used to, I now do about 30mins max walking per day. Also you can maybe negotiate with 3J about replacing certain foods you find difficult to digest or makes you full with something else. For instance we replaced the apples I was eating with milk.

Thanks. I'll give that a go. It just seems like I'm eating when I'm still full. Hoping my stomach stretches a bit and my digestion speeds up!

Yeah, I know what you mean, it was like that for me at the start but stick with it it does get better, just takes your body a bit of getting used to, soon you'll be asking 3J for more food because your getting hungry :)
 
Weight is up from 170.5 to 171.38 today. 3J says "Its hard to believe but ur ABS look more defined!" I couldn't believe it as I thought I put on a decent amount of fat around my abs and hips. Just goes to show how tricky anorexia can be. Could never have gotten this far with out 3J, no way!
