Thanks for sharing your experience. I just started a program w 3J and am finding it hard to get all the food down but I'm somehow making it happen. Any tips / tricks for getting all your meals in?

Hi, HoosierMuscle, thanks for posting. I find going for a short walk helps with digestion after a meal. Makes the next meal easier to consume. But dont get carried away though like I used to, I now do about 30mins max walking per day. Also you can maybe negotiate with 3J about replacing certain foods you find difficult to digest or makes you full with something else. For instance we replaced the apples I was eating with milk.

Thanks. I'll give that a go. It just seems like I'm eating when I'm still full. Hoping my stomach stretches a bit and my digestion speeds up!
