Decided to start creatine monohydrate today. After reading so many positive threads on ology I suggested it to 3J. He said I can take it but just to be aware that I will bloat a little and it wont be fat.
Will load up on it at about 21grams per day for a week.
Took 7grams before my workout today. Was very strong, 3J said that I will continue to get stronger while on it. Took another 7g after workout and will take a further 7g before bed. Feeling a little more tired than usual think creatine may have helped push just a little bit harder than usual.
Will be interesting to see what strength and weight gain will follow. Will keep you posted.

He said he's been so careful with me that I've been bulking and leaning out.. His final words were "fight the urge.... trust in your nutritionist.. trust in the diet.. trust in yourself...
So its back to 20mins cardio per day and 3600 calories, game on.
I know it's difficult for some of you to comprehend why i'm like this, unfortunately anorexia is a terrible illness that takes along time to let go. I'm left with the habits that built up over the years. I really still can't tell how I look like aesthetically when I look into the mirror so unfortunately I need alot of reassurance from 3J to keep going.
