This morning went crazy and did shoulders and arms.....all trisets 1excercise each . Whole workout took me 35m then i hit the treadmil for 20m cardio . Will be out of town all week-end for work so i will update on monday .
Train hard !
 
So back to the gym today...double split : back in the a.m. and cardio-chest in the p.m.
for back : reverse grip pulldowns 5 sets , barbell rows 4 sets , hammer strenght rows 4 sets , rack deadlifts 4 sets and barbell shrugs 4 sets .
for chest : incline barbell press 5 sets , incline dumbell flies 4 sets , hammer strenght press 4 sets and machine press 4 sets . Cardio was 30m on the treadmill .
Tons of energy today..... tomorrow i'll take some pics . A little more than 2 weeks to go yeah !
 
another day at the office:).....trained fasted early a.m. started with 30m cardio on the treadmill , then hit shoulders really hard from all different angles .
behind the neck presses 5 sets
machine front presses 3 sets
standing laterals 2 sets
cable laterals 2 sets
dumbell upright rows 3 sets
rear seated laterals 2 sets
one arm machine laterals 1 set
was sweting heavily by the end of the workout , then had my first meal , went home and took a well desrved nap !
 
legs fasted early a.m. with 20g bcaas during workout .
i did a giant set of 5 exercises with no pause between :
leg extensions pyramid up in weight 20 reps each set
leg press close stance same as above
free squats 1 set 135 pounds 15 reps 4 sets 225 for 10 reps
seated leg curls pyramid up in weight 20 reps each set
SL deadlifts 1 set 135 pounds 15 reps 4 sets 185 for 10 reps

calves 3 sets standing 15 reps and 3 sets seated 15 reps

this was one hell of a workout....very tough ! What can i say ....i love training legs:)

Started genotropin today at 2.4 ius mon-fri , thanks to GotGrowth . Havin' blood serum test tomorrow morning . Will be injecting 10ius intramuscular then having blood taken 3 hours later . This is the standard protocol . lookin' forward to the results ( wiil take about a week )
 
did blood serum test this morning ( GH ) . 10 ius intramuscular than 3 hours later had blood taken . It's a private lab , will have to wait 1-2 weeks for results . this afternoon will hit back and cardio
 
worked out of town for the week-end but i managed to find a good gym to train....thsi morning i did 1.8 ius in the left shoulder then went to the gym to hit back and traps . Great workout ! I've been focusing a lot on my back lately.....you know what they say....you can look good from the front but it's when you turn around that you win a show
machine pullovers ( Dorian style ) 5 sets 15-10 reps
hammer strenght rows superset with wide grip t-bar rows 4 sets 15-8 reps ( last superset heavy )
wide grip pulldowns superset with close grip cable rows 4 sets 12 reps
rack deadlifts 4 sets 15-10 reps
barbell front shrugs 2 sets 10 reps
barbell rear shrugs 2 sets 10 reps

finished with rope cable crunches and reverse crunches 3 sets each 30 reps
 
Fasted workout early a.am.
started with 30m cardio on the treadmill then hit chest :
inline smith machine press superset with incline flies 4 sets 15-12-10-8 reps ( 2 drop sets at end )
hammer strength incline superset with cable crossover 4 sets 15-12-10-10 reps ( same as above )
abs 300 total reps of different exercises

sweating like a mofo at the end of the workout....had my first meal of the day then went back home for a little nap . Hoping to get some pics tomorrow , vascularity is gettin' crazy expecially quads , delts and upper back ...love it !
