Great gains thusfar... an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is an aromatase inhibitor... suppresses estrogen conversion and keeps the bloat down, I would definitely get my hands on some if I were you
 
Right my stats so far.

Weight 240lbs

Measurements:
Biceps - 17"
Triceps - 16"
Chest 47"
Waist - 36"
Calves - 17.25"
Leg - 28.25"
Forearms - 13.5"

Dissappointed in my arm growth. Its my laggin body part that seems to take for ever to grow.

So far im 4.5wks into my course and ive had 2wks off with injury, so im pleased with results.

Appetitie is on th up a little aswell.
10lbs more to go, wish my luck!
 
surprissed about your waist size being 36, I seem to remember you being 8% BF, has this changed ?

How is the tricep smaller then your bicep, isn't arm size the total of the two ?

ha yeh we like our drink lol.

When im bulking my whole mid section bloats up, still have a visible 6pack, I always eat clean enough so that my 6pack comes through. Mite be because of heavy squats and dealdlifts that thicken the waist while bulking.

Measure the bicep by tensing th bicep by curling the arm up as u already know, and the tricep is measured by measuring just below your shoulder wer your tricep starts. Have ur arm straight not curled up to do this.

The Yard with £1500 behind the bar for 20 people, resulted in one guy vomiting himself onto a stretcher and off to hospital and another with a fractured shoulder socket also off to hospital....err all in all a good time but now we are banned from the Yard...oh dear :insane2:

Massive I remember some photo's of you a few years back and you were around 215lbs at 6-8% bf and veins all over at 240lbs you really need to up some more photo's, alot of the guys on here don't realise how hard you've worked.

Had more problems with training, already got a really bad back am going to physio and making steady progresss, bt my other injurys are my left shoulder, when doing incline bench or shoulder press there is a sharp shooting pain in side delt.

I do hav reallt bad flexability all ova aswell, my ophysio wants to have blood tests done aswell to see if anything is causing this.

I can hardly squat properely coz i cant put my shoulders back far enough when i grab th bar. Ha my left hand cant even touch my left shoulder either lol.

Thought i wud add my measurements when pumped.

done 7 cycles b4 this one. but 2 of those had to finish only a few weeks in because of injurys.

Didnt hit 250lbs got up to 244lbs.

Was on for 7weeks had almost 7 off and ive only dropped 6lbs! Been eating still like crazy and living off daft amounts of creatine and glutamine, worked a treat coming off cycle.

Starting a new course next week which most of u will probably disagree with.
But I LOVE IT! lol.

Aiming not for size but CRAZY SIZE!

Hey bin a while just wanted to add my progress from my last cycle, got my weight up to 248lbs which i was happy with. I have just finished another 12week course were I got my weight up 269lbs and still staying lean aswell, only problem is that I got massive bloat while on, prob coz of the cals I was having and big meals. Just finished course now and have managed to get wrist tendonitis which hurts like fuck.

Taking anti-inflammatorys for it but seeing my gp tomorrow to sort it out.
Im competing in my 1st comp this year aswell NABBA Mr. UK, hoping to get my weight up to 290lbs and cut down from there.

Ill be in the 1st timer category so I confident I have the size to win just as long as I rip up.
 
damn...you gots to post a pic then...especially if you plan on competing.
 
Right after my last bulking course managed to get my weight up to 264lbs, after 14weeks of dieting Ive managed to get my weight down to a very impressive 220lbs at 4% bodyfat. The pic posted below was me at 5weeks out from my 1st competition, here I was just below 6% bf and at a weight of 228lbs.

Biceps 18.5"
waist 33"
chest 47.5"
thigh 27"
calves 17"

Ill post sum more pics at end of the week which will be 1week out from my contest.

hi im new to this site . have any 1 got any info for me on a good easy diet 2 follow . and what roid to take as im feed up of training and being a lil twig lol
