Time to get some NAC, as those liver values aren't too happy. Are you taking an AI? You pulled a total estrogen panel which doesn't really give the whole picture, but given you're grossly out of range, I can assume estradiol is up there too.

I don't normally pay much mind to triglycerides, but your ratio combined with a high total tells me you may want to look into a couple solutions like red yeast rice (pharma banned it in the US because it's essentially what the pricks make drugs from, but you can still source it online), niacin (if you can handle the flush/heat, and oatmeal (seriously overlooked by the medical community).

I would have a word with your source too as while your TT is dragged down a bit from converting to estradiol, you are a bit lower than what I would expect on 500mg/wk of test. This is assuming you're at LEAST 4-6 weeks in, otherwise - the numbers should come up a bit more.

My .02c :)

I was running Armidex every day but it didn't seem to do the trick so the same day I had the blood work done he prescribed me letrozole and honestly I feel a lot better on it every other day.

It's really hard to know just how out of whack things are, as we don't know your E2, but was this pharmaceutical grade (from an actual pharmacy) adex? What dose were you running?

Careful with the letro; it's VERY strong, and can easily crush your estradiol very quickly on such a low dose of testosterone.

Yes it's was adex from an actual pharmacy. I was running sometimes at 2mg a
Day to try to get my estrogen down. My nipples were so sore and swollen,
I had my doc switch me to letrozole and I'm doing half of one every day and my nipples are not sore or swollen and my actual knot under my right nipple has shrunk a good bit. I never feel tired of lethargic

I wonder if you have aromatase excess syndrome. I've only read about it, but 2mg of adex ED would make me sicker than a dog! It's pretty rare, but that's the only thing I can think of given what's going on.

I think if that's the case, maybe non-aromatizing compounds would be best on future blasts with your TRT dose of test. Have you always had such a strong reaction to testosterone? I definitely wouldn't touch dbol, that's for sure!

A little bit goes a long way. Only 1379 test at 500mg ew?

Yea I've Always been super sensitive to test. I can take 250mg and look like I'm on 500mg. But the letro is doing the trick at half every other day. I'm just listening to my body and watching my blood work.

Honestly I feel 10x better on half of a letrozole pill EOD in about a month I'm getting blood work again. I'm hoping it'll be lower Estrogen levels. Because my nipples are never swollen now or sore what so ever and I'm not lethargic or tired at all. So crossing my fingers over here.

I have never seen estrogen that high! I thought mine was very high when I was in the upper 240s!! Wowzers!
Keep in mind that he had a total estrogen panel pulled, not estradiol. Huge difference. ;)

Try to get estradiol pulled next time. Sensitive would be optimal, but a normal panel will work to give a pretty good idea where you're at. :)
