My BP

Well guys before I started back on AAS after a 9+ year break after what amounted to a 8 year continuous cycle I checked my BP before starting and it was on the high side of ok. So the past 20 weeks that I have been on I have taken daily as follows

Garlic
Hawthorne Berries
Flax Seed oil
Fish Oil
On training days 30 mins before training 4-5grams of L-Arginine.

Checking my BP on a regular basis it has been 10 points on both the D and S lower. I cant point to which has had the most effect however I believe its been synergistic. I was going to use CoQ10 as well but things are working as is.
