My Bulking Diet

I appreciate the replies. But I think it's become somewhat of a fad in the bodybuilding scene to hate on whey protein. The fact of the matter is, it's impractical to eat 2-3 pounds of meat a day, and whey protein is the most bioavailable and best protein you can get. Plus, I have these fast digesting food sources in the morning and around my workout, later in the day I have meat and rice/sweet potato.

I weigh a little more than you at 5'8" and on that many calories a day I would be cutting like a mofo. Idk how you bulk on that and yes that is way too many shakes. I don't hate on shakes as as a supplement but your only having two real meals here. I eat 5 meals and then add in shakes to supplement.

I think it's just because you eat more than I do. I don't know how you cut on these calories and how I bulk on these calories. Guess it's just the way we are :P

Hehe that Tren is a monster. I'm on my first cycle of Test E 500. Up 30 lbs and in my 7th week. I love you bro's, no homo, but I'm gonna have to stick to whey.

lol way too ask hows my diet look? and then ignore all advice from multiple ppl that say the exact same thing. Ignorant.

I thought I responded to every post. How did I ignore the advice MeatHead? Just because a person asks for people's opinions doesn't necessarily mean they'll automatically do as they're told. You think I should eat beef/chicken and potatoes before working out so I can throw up all over the squat rack, I don't think it's a good idea, that's about it. haha

What time is your 1st meat meal? You have shakes for the first 3.

Let's say I replace the whey protein with 12 egg whites, which is what I'll have to do to get the protein that I can get from 2 scoops of whey protein, and keep the banana and oatmeal. Are you saying there will be some kind of benefit to doing that?

uhhh 1,2,3,4....5 people said drop the shakes and eat real food including 3J who runs the diet forum and you still say "I love you bro's, no homo, but I'm gonna have to stick to whey." Yes you completely ignored the advice. And yeah just cause you asked for advice doesn't mean you listen to what everyone says but that's 5 people and every person that responded to your thread. They're just trying to help you. You eat your preworkout meal enough ahead of time that you don't get sick...common sense.

You can try turkey chilli no beans which has 380 cals, 6g of fat, 34 carbs and 48g of protein in one can. That can replace 2 shakes there, and more fats imo wouldnt be a bad idea honestly. More steaks if you can afford it. Good luck either way

cooked eggs are 95% bioavailable.. do you really think you get anything close to that out of whey?

dont get me twisted im not trying to bash you... i have given my advice and your a grown man, make your own decisions.. .
