hey guys i planned a bulking diet and i just want to see if its a good one to bulk or not ,so here we go :
meal 1 :2 sandwiches of cheedar cheese and a big glass of milk

meal 2 : rice and meat or chicken ,whatever theres at home for lunch and veggies.

meal 3 : pre workout : a big can of tuna ,1 or 2 loafs of bread and pepsi or any fresh juice .

post workout : 50 grams of whey + a cup of oatmeal and honey and sometimes i might add dextrose to the mix ..
i am using kreation creatine pre workout for now .

meal 5 : another can of tuna + juice..

meal 6: 2 or more burger sandwiches and juice or coke..

i usually have a 2 litre of my own shakes of milk ,peanut butter ,oat meal and honey ..

so what do u guys think about my diet ?

are you on a limited budget? if so, then yes this diet will allow you to gain weight if you its providing enough calories.

if not, ditch the milk and get some meat and veggies.

yes i am on a limited budget and for some reason i am not gaining on this diet if any ,i have a fuckin high metabolism and guys say there aint no hardgainers well i am a living proof ,i dont even gain fat on a diet like that ..

if youre not gaining any weight whatsoever, either fat or muscle, then youre not eating enough, simple as that.

eat whole eggs, oatmeal, 80% ground beef when its on sale, frozen chicken breasts, and add olive oil to whey shakes. You can build a very productive diet on limited funds.

the whey concentrate from the link in my sig is very inexpensive. Whey concentrates, gram for gram, are actually the cheapest source of protein. from TruwProtein $4.19 buys you 453g of protein. Something to think about. A shake with 40g of protein and 120g oatmeal (which comes out to 80g carbs) or a tbsp or two of extra virgin olive oil actually costs about 75 cents, probably less.

i live in egypt and thats why i can purchase online ,that would cost me a lot of money ,i add flax seed oil to my shakes sometimes but it gives me stomach cramps so i use it less often now,i know that if you arent gaining u should eat more but its a lot more than the average people even guys who call themselves hardgainers can gain a lot of fat on my posted diet , thats the point ..

i dont get what youre saying. you said this is your bulking diet, and youve been eating this way for a while and not gaining ANY weight whatsoever, but somehow youre still afraid of gaining fat?

dude it doesnt matter if your maintenence calories are 500 or 5000, youre not gonna gain muscle if youre under-eating.

i have added some food in there but its similar to my last bulking diet but more and what i am saying that bulking for me is a lot harder than its for any other average guy ,people over 200lbs can gain on my posted bulking diet and that sucks ..thats what i wanted to say .. :spank:
