What's up guys? I've been lurking for a bit around here and figured I'd join in. So this is an introduction/hello/just jumping in here thread. I have 5 cycles under my belt:

1-Test E 12 weeks
2-Test E + Deca for 12 weeks
3-Test P + Tren for 10 weeks
4-Test E + EQ for 16 weeks
5-Test P + Tren + Deca for 12 weeks

I took 2 1/2 years off training and got really lazy and out of shape until I just got up off my ass like 7 months ago and started hitting the gym again. After 4 months of training I picked up some stuff to get me kickstarted. I'm currently into my 10th week of a 26 week cycle. Yes I know the dangers and all that, but I have enough clomid, nolva, hcg, and arimadex on hand and I can get more so I'm not too worried. My current cycle looks like this:

6 months HGH Somatropin (no label, trusted, I think that's how it's spelled) started with 3ius for the 1st kit and added 1iu each kit until I get to 6ius per day.

week 1-10 Test P @ 300mg EOD
week 10-20 Test E @ 750mg per week
week 10-20 Tren A @ 75 EOD
week 20-26 Test P @ 200mg EOD
week 20-26 Winnie @ 75mg EOD

PCT 3,000ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) week 26 of cycle + 2 additional weeks
week 1-3 clomid 100, nolva 40, adex .5
week 4&5 clomid 50, nolva 20, adex .5
week 6 clomid 25, adex.5

I'm 26 years old (will be 27 in a week and 1/2) 5'10" 195lbs 15%bf
Currently have 45 grams whey protein shakes 2-3xs a day depending on training or off days and 25 grams casein shake right before bed.

Typical day eating consists of

wake up 7am -45 grams whey shake

1-Bagel Cream cheese, 20oz coffee light and sweet, 1 packet instant oatmeal

2-2packets oatmeal, banana

3-large mixed greens salad with tuna or turkey, beets, peas, tomato, sprouts, chickpeas, kidney beans, broccoli, with oil and red wine vinegar. (There is a sick salad station by my office) Then I eat a turkey and brie on toast.

get home from work @5:30 have 45 gram shake

5-chicken, salad, rice, potato, whatever you get the point

work out around 9 get home around 10-10:30 whey protein shake

12:30 am banana and 25mg casein shake.


So that's whats currently going on in my life right now. Workout routine is pretty basic except I never do bis and tris on the same day anymore. I have it split in 5 days a week.

Thanks guys. I'd appreciate any help or changes. I already get that 26 weeks is not recommended, but I assumed the risk getting involved anyway.
 
Doesn't look like your eating a lot of meats in there man, lots of shakes but not many real meals? What is your diet breakdown re- Protein/Carbs/Fats and cals ED?

Also if i were you i would be running the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during the cycle at 250iu twice PW, 26 weeks is a long time for your boys not to be working and that is a massive amount to kickstart them at the end- i dare say it would do more harm than good.

You also need to start the Test E around week 6 as it will take 4-5 weeks to kick in and the Prop will wear off in a day or 2- If you start the Test E at week 10 you will lose all your gains and strength/size until it kicks in around week 14.

Weeks 20-22 you will also be doing more than a gram of test PW, thats a lot for your size dude. The Test E will still be working for 1-2 weeks after your last pin and your hammering in Prop as well.
 
I don't know my breakdown of protein/carbs/fats. I tend to eat around 4,000 calories a day. That's all I really know. I might just get 2 more bottles of prop and run them along with the enanthate until it gets going. I was hoping the tren took care of my while the test was getting started in my body. Maybe I'll just post cycle therapy (pct) for 2-3 weeks with clomids at 100 mgs for first 3 days then 50mgs for 7 days then 25mgs for 7 days. Throw in some adex at .5 maybe. Then start the enanthate and tren in June.

If I stay on then what do you suggest for post cycle therapy (pct) instead of what I got?

Also I'm gonna add 5 more servings of tuna with mayo with my oats as meal #2. I already have meat in my salad, turkey sandwich after the salad, and some kind of flesh for dinner. I think that's pretty good.
 
I think your best bet would be to contact 3J in the diet section, send him a PM with your eating schedule and get him to have a look at it- he really knows his shit and will be able to help you.

As far as PCT goes i use Nolva 40/40/20/20, never used Clomid so wont comment. But if you use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu twice PW through cycle it will help a lot.
