My Current Routine

Learning the Ways
i really wanna get serious about bulking up a lot more and getting ripped but i need advise on routine... currently i do

Chest,biceps,forearms on day 1
Tricep,shoulders,traps on day 2
Legs,back,Lats on day 3

Im 5'4
21 years old
150 lbs

My max bench press right now is 245... i just began doing deadlifts and legs... i hated doing that stuff so always ignored it wich was dumb because i leg press exactly what i bench press...horrible and pathetic i know!

I wanted to know if its ok to not take a break at all and just keep goin 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 as my work out days... or how should i do it? or any info on how i should split up my muscles per day... my muscles per day works good for me so far because i cant bench press and do tricep the same day.. so i kinda split stuff up that has nuthing to do with each other.. i know there are people in here that really know their stuff so im asking for opinions and criticism
 
they're going to tell you to be morre specific on your exersise! anyways i recommend doing full body work outs that split shit is crap in my opinion. Its better for your body to fully rest on off days.

I would do a 3 on/1 off schedule with your split. Focus on compound movements (bench, squat, deadlift, chins, dips, etc). Search around this forum a little, there's a ton of good info.
