Dear Everyone:
I was a member of this website nine years ago. I was interested in beginning a cycle of anabolic steroids and/or HGH; however, everyone here encouraged me to pursue weight gain rather than to start with steroids. I was 6'2" and weighed 140 pounds.
Since that time, I have not focused a lot on gaining weight, but I did focus on being comfortable with my lack of weight. Now, I am 34 years old and I weigh 155 pounds. I'm still about 6’2”. Until last month, I was not very active in the gym (which means that I did not have a gym membership and that I did not exercise at all). I now go to the gym every other day and spend about 30 to 45 min. on the machines that developed the abdominals, spinal muscles, shoulders, upper back, and biceps. I don't really focus on the legs right now, because I am much more interested in getting a larger upper body right now.
Ab Machine: Lifting 122 130 pounds
Shoulder Machine: Lifting 25 to 30 pounds
Upper Back / Lats Machine: Lifting 100 pounds
Biceps Machine: Lifting 25 to 30 pounds
Triceps Machine: Lifting 50 to 60 pounds
I am seeing some results. I’m starting to look a little more sculpted, but I am still skinny as hell.
I’ve calculated my calorie intake, and it appears that I only eat about 900 to 1,000 calories per day. When I look at various calculators online, it seems that I need to be ingesting about 3,000 calories (and 300g of protein) per day.
My question: How am I supposed to do that ???
Typical breakfast
OJ
2-3 eggs
Bagel
3 strips bacon
Raisins
Typical Lunch
Hot dogs on bun
Juice
Mustard
Typical Dinner
Whole steak (porterhouse or ribeye),
Fries
Salad
Juice
This is what I want to look like.... Any help?
