My Cutting Diet (Critique)

Hey guys,

About to start a cut in a week or so that im hoping will take me to around 9-10% BF.

This is my first time coming up with a cutting diet so please critique!!

Stats:
Height - 6"0'
Weight - 85Kg (185 pounds roughly)
Still natty

Reason behind the cut is to get lean and then clean bulk from there.

Diet (All measurements are approximate):
Breakfast (C27/F10/P38)
• 7 Egg Whites
• 1 Whole Egg
• 1/2 Cup Oats

Mid Morning (C82/F10/P11)
• Natural Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
• 2 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread
• 10 Strawberries

Lunch (C56/F12/P50)
• Chicken Breast
• 1/3 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
• Sweet Potato
• Broccoli
• Olive Oil 1.5tsp

Mid Afternoon (C14/F7/P42.5)
• White Fish
• Mixed Vegetables 1 Cup
• 3 Slices Avocado

Dinner (C5/F8/P51.5)
• Chicken Breast
• 3 Cups Spinach
• 3 Slices Avocado

Before Bed
125g Cottage Cheese

Post Workout 345cals
• Anabolic Injection Shake

i will do 20-30mins cardio about 8pm 5 times a week. (Bed time is usually around 9:30/10pm). Weight training around 4 times a week?

Thoughts?
 
Personally id get rid of the mid morning meal and just stick to chicken , fish and chicken ... With vegies and fats as your already have .

Or even easier , Hire 3J and he does all the hard numerical shit for you :)

This is around 2200cals to 2400cals. I have been eating around 4500cals to 5000cals so i just have that mid-morning meal in to make up a few calories.
You dont think it will drop the calorie count too low if i got rid of it?

Is taking creatine monohydrate while on a cut good idea or bad?

Yeah since i signed up to this site i have heard/read alot of good stuff about 3J and may jump onto it soon. Just want to see if i can throw something half decent up myself.
