Second Cycle
High Protein/Calorie diet, mainly avoid fats, I take in a little with natural fats, like almonds and so forth.
cycling
Test P 1Ml every other day
Npp, 1 Ml Every other day
anavar 100mg's everyday
PCT
nova and aromisin, any suggestions on this would be great
Lifting
2 muscle groups a day
2 days on 1 day off all week
I also do Abz with every work out
cutting out the cardio completely, so I dont burn to much fuel, good or bad idea?
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated thanks.
