Ok every1 a little background info on me:

Age: 23
Height: 5'7
Weight: 157
BF: 13%
Years training: on & off 3 years steady 1 1/2 years
Previous AS usage: first cycle was testoviron depot and sustanon 250 went from 118 (weight when i first started training) to 140 second cycle was just cytahoh 250 some fina and some dbol went from 145 to 165. this will be my third bulking cycle which i have planned very very well.
Current Cycle (08/04/2003): QV Deca 300 (400mg weekly done on Mon & Thurs .7 cc in each shot), QV Enantat 250 (500mg weekly done on Mon & Thurs) & Akpuxuh D-Bol (30mg Daily an hour and a half before training Weeks 1-5 taking up 198 D-Bol total).
On Hand: 50cc's Liquidex @ 1.3mg per ML, Liquid Nolvadex 50cc's 20mg per ml
Post Cycle Theropy: Liquid Clomid 50cc's 50mg per ML
Training:
Mon = Chest / Tri's / Abs
Tue = Back / Bi's / Forearms
Weds = Off /Abs
Thurs = Shoulders / Traps / Hamstrings
Friday = Quads / Calfs / Abs
Sat = Off
Repeat

Diet: Writing it right now, mostly going to contain lots of tuna, chicken breast, salmon, steak, turkey burgers, green veggies & 2 shakes per day.

How does it look guys? I will be starting a Journal on my progress and I will have before pics, 5 week pics and 10 week pics up showing my gains. I have seen alot of controversy with using the Liquidex on cycle. I don't want to get gyno (I got once before, stopped with the nolva and discontinued d-bol & fina) but I also do not want the Liquidex to hinder my gains. I was thinking of taking .4 of a cc a day orally and heard it would prevent too much bloat and block estrogen. I am looking to shoot up to about 175 or 180 lbs after this cycle. I also have 100 Chinese Clenbuterol .02mcg should I cycle them with this stack or just save it for the next cycle which will be Fina/Prop/Clen? Any help will be GREATLY appreciate!...THANKS GUYS

spread the dbol out evenly throughout the day , 5mg every 4 hours , for 6 weeks , dbol has a short halflife and must be spread out for growth
 
DADAWG...in the book Anabolics 2002 they discuss this method and say that using d-bol, you can never obtain the perfect amount and keep blood levels constant by spreading them out and taken all at once preferably before workout the spike level will produce GREATER GAINS! whatcya think? A friend told me he gained 10 lbs in 14 days this week...

i told you what i think , spread it out , the benefit you get from preworkout doses are mostly the pump and the intensity not growth , taking it every 3-4 hours and doubling up at bedtime is going to give you a relatively consistent blood level or at least as much as you can expect from an oral , not to mention the added estrogen from taking a handfull of dbol at once
 
true about the estrogen, question i hear people saying night time dose will keep me awake thats not good right?, what do you recommend i dose at, i am up at 7am i hit the gym @ 7pm and i got to bed around 11pm...also can i eat with dbol i never really asked that question...and i wasnt bashing u bro or anything like that dont take it the wrong way thanks for the advice...!
 
oh yeah, and any thoughts on running the liquidex for the whole cycle? will it hurt my gains i am really really hopping for 20-30 lbs range here...

you can run liquidex for that long but go easy .5 mg eod is probably enough and dbol at 5mg every 3-5 hours is plenty , good luck later
 
I noticed when i took d-bol before i went to bed i was dried out when i woke up... mouth dry.. body felt dry...like i could drink 2 gallons before i went to bed within a 3hr time...and it still wouldnt help... i stopped taking d-bol before i went to bed.. i took them 2 - 2-3-1 like that through the day... morning lunch before workout and right after and i wouldnt sleep until 3-4 hrs after that last one
