D damarri New member Aug 20, 2011 #3 Thx man I out on alot of mass my lift went up like crazy Bench went from 2plates to 3 plates squats 405 for my new max deadlift 405 max to 500 lbs max shoulder press 75 lbs to 90 lbs and so on that first cycle was crazy on me
