don't cut yourself short. Shakes suck unless you need em. Believe me a lean cut of sirloin or strip is just as costly and twice as good. MMMMM.... lean beef and natty PB before bed is the shiznit!!!!
Another thing i noticed my tdee is 2880, however my intake is ~3300 does this mean the excess is converted to fat? Should i cut calories and try to stay closer to maybe the 3000 range?
