My diet sucks

I am banned!
I'm on my first cycle and my diet sucks, probably should have got it in order before I started but too late now, my problem is I work 12 hour days, 2nd shift so I get off anywhere from 1130 when I'm not on overtime to 2 am when I am on ot, I hit the gym after work for about 1 1/2 hours then go home, I love alone and not the best cook, I usually eat a couple sandwiches and a shake before work, maybe make myself a lunch of the same thing then after the gym some tuna and more shake, I'm 6'4" 265, well I gained about 12 lbs since starting cycle 3rd week and I work at a steel mill so eating while I'm working isn't really an easy option, any advice would help thanks

Go to 3J's sticky read post 1, post up current diet, BMR/tdee, Meals with macros and where in the day you work out (between which meals)
 
The best way to lose your body weight is to follow a balanced diet plan which include only low calories,low carbohydrates and low fats food and drinks...Also you have to make a habit of avoiding junk food and drinks...With that you have to do some workouts regularly...I bet after following it you will see a better change in your weight loss very quickly.And you will find yourself a healthy fit person always...!!
 
have you ever thought about hiring me to set up your diet??? a nutritionist in your corner can do wonders
